First and foremost, I am a husband and father, driven by a passion for education, inspiration, and creating positive, tangible change. With a decade of experience as a classroom teacher and over 25 years in after-school and out-of-school programs, I have had the privilege of working with students from elementary to high school, often with a strong focus on STREAM education. I also founded and coached the MHS Herd eSports (https://www.facebook.com/mhsherd/) team in Oregon and now have the exciting opportunity to serve as the Teen Program Coordinator for Families First.
I was born and raised on my family’s 80,000-acre ranch, where we raise livestock. It remains the most beautiful place I’ve had the pleasure to live and work, shaping my values of hard work, community, and resilience.
