Dear lifelong learners!

My mission is to ignite and inspire mindset shifts in the educational world which leads towards more collaborative practices to enhance 360 learning and nurture better societies.

Co-author of 'TeamED: Building more effective teams for education, projects and communities,' a book on successful collaborative work teams within the educational field.

Extensive experience across diverse educational ecosystems around the world, including Spain, the United Kingdom, Finland, Tanzania, India, Indonesia, the United States (San Diego and Boston), Colombia and Mexico. Driven by a deep curiosity to learn from educational systems, institutions, pedagogies, and innovative methodologies.

At the beginning of my professional career in education, as a dedicated English language educator at heart for nearly two decades, I encouraged the holistic growth of learners, going beyond language acquisition to broaden their world view. My focus was on nurturing learners’ holistic development so they may grow into authentic leaders—responsible, ethical, and engaged global citizens.

In later years, I combined teaching with teacher training, capacity-building, and facilitating workshops and courses to develop competencies and 21st century skills, digital competence, active methodologies and cultures of thinking and principles of learning. My approach is informed by pedagogical, methodological, and technological frameworks grounded in Innovation and Research (I+I).

Currently, I am passionately committed to supporting members of educational communities, fostering educational mind shift and sustainable transformation. Integrating cultures of thinking and teaming and grounded in values to enrich positive learning environments and quality learning opportunities, in synergy with advancements in digital technologies.
