Her speciality is crafting programs and facilitating processes with those who have been deliberately silenced or unheard to unleash their voices, visions, and creative fires to forge new pathways for change.
As a pathfinder, strategist, and Afro-futurist, Aisha engages the collective power of women, girls, and marginalized communities to amplify their experiences, solutions, wisdoms of their past, and their visions for the future. she is the founder of Common Fire Consulting, Co-Founder of Resistance Communications, Vision Not Victim, and WeCiE, and consults with communities, the United Nations, governments, nonprofits, foundations, communities, and institutions in creative problem solving, social innovation, gender and racial justice, and storytelling and art grounded in strategy for change.
Spanning five continents, Aisha has danced with almost every community she has worked with.
