Currently, as the Director of Leadership Development at the Principal Impact Collaborative, Adam co-leads cohorts of principals on a two-year learning journey focused on wellbeing, transformational leadership, and Design Thinking for school improvement. Adam's commitment to education extends beyond his professional roles, reflecting his belief in holistic student development and educator support.
Outside of his day-to-day work, Adam sits on the board of Woodrow Wilson High School's Community Foundation, and founded a small nonprofit that offers outdoor adventure trips to teens from around the DFW area.
