Wednesday April 2, 2025 4:30pm - 5:30pm PDT
In this dynamic and interactive session, we’ll explore the transformative power of laughter as a healing tool for educators and students alike. Laughter is more than just an expression of joy—it’s a proven method to reduce stress, boost mental health, and foster deeper connections in educational environments.

As educators, balancing the demands of teaching while supporting the emotional well-being of students can be challenging. Discover how incorporating intentional laughter can promote resilience, creativity, and engagement in the classroom. Learn practical techniques to use laughter as a stress-relief tool, create an uplifting atmosphere, and build stronger teacher-student relationships.

This session will combine laughter yoga exercises, group activities, and evidence-based insights into the mind-body connection, giving you tools to elevate your teaching practices while enhancing your personal well-being. Together, we’ll embrace the joy of laughter and uncover how it can heal, connect, and inspire.
