In this dynamic workshop, school leaders will engage in a transformative design sprint focused on creating conditions that empower teachers as liberatory co-designers of education. Participants will dive into empathy mapping using real teacher data from diverse school settings, prototype innovative strategies, and create tangible representations of their ideas. By the end of the session, leaders will have a prototype framework for dismantling oppression, increasing engagement, and fostering collective efficacy in their schools. This workshop goes beyond single strategies, offering a holistic approach to school transformation through human-centered design and collaborative innovation.
