Deeper Learning 2025

Teachers need to feel what an experience based in community, purpose, and teamwork looks and feels like in order to plan instruction that creates a sense of purpose and connection for students.  In this workshop, participants will learn how to engage staff in small group deep dives into the local community to learn about one another, true collaboration, creating a sense of purpose, and producing a way to share their learning.  We will share resources for the deep dives and how we work to connect it to instructional planning so that we work to include all students in a way that is meaningful to them.  We will model how to plan professional learning and coaching that mirrors the experience we want our learners to have in our classrooms throughout the remainder of the school year.
