How are early-adopting teachers and school leaders using artificial intelligence in their schools? What strategies have been effective, and which have not? Are teachers utilizing AI for development, assessment, or classroom learning? Are leaders using it for teacher evaluation or professional development or something else? The New Tech Network surveyed its 200 schools to answer these questions and identify trends that could assist educators in structuring their use of AI. This session will explore classroom artifacts showcasing AI adoption, focusing on assessment and methods to mitigate inappropriate student use while promoting AI that enhances learning. Participants will generate their own next steps in their own AI exploration.
