In this workshop, we'll explore how competency-based learning experiences can provide access for students to pursue promising career and college pathways. We zoom in on a case study of The Possible Zone, an organization that leverages entrepreneurship, STEAM, and work-based learning to promote economic equity, and engage in hands-on activities to connect competencies to powerful learning experiences, creative assessments, external partnerships, and learner records (transcripts) that help students access postsecondary experiences.
