This session is for instructional leaders who want to actualize their vision for student-centered learning by adopting an inquiry mindset in their leadership. Participants will build their toolbox for inquiry with five essential practices—provocation, questioning, talk protocols, metacognition, and documenting learning—that are foundational to inquiry-based classrooms. Participants will create actionable plans to model these practices in their leadership. This session is designed for leaders who want to "talk the talk and walk the walk" by thoughtfully embedding these inquiry-driven practices in their interactions with teachers, empowering them to drive student-centered learning in their classrooms.
